Stadium + Mixed Use Complex

ARENA was selected to develop a full masterplan concept for this privileged area adjacent of a highway between Santos and São Paulo. The proposal was to use real development on a mixed-use complexes that combine a variety of real estate products, anchored by a multi-purpose stadium (45.000 capacity) and an indoor arena (8.000 capacity). The design included corporate lease buildings, a logistic complex and retail spaces, aiming to be the catalyst for a new economy growth for the region.
