Paraguay National Stadium

ARENA was called by the AFP (Paraguayan Football Federation ) to help propose an alternative for the existing Defensores del Chaco stadium, aiming a new home for the Paraguayan national team. The services included architecture concept design, master planning and technical consultancy, serving also a group of experienced consultants involved on obtaining the funding for the venue. The stadium was to be a world class venue of 45.000 capacity, all roofed and with various hospitality spaces and products, fully aligned with the revenue generated model with effective operative costs; proposing to be the 1st modern stadium in the whole country.
