Morumbi Stadium

Arena was hired by AG Construction and SPFC to develop a Modernization Project for the Morumbi Stadium, hosting an Indoor Arena to 25,000 spectators, a 100% New Roof and Garage Buildings for the iconic Stadium. Challenge included the integration of the existing concrete structure with the new cantilevered roof and a specific acoustic solution for the amphitheater mode arena. A very special curtain was proposed to isolate the sound to the residential neighborhood when closed, being operated on a fully independent mode of the stadium itself.
