Overlay Budget

ARENA was proud to partner with Rio 2016 Organising Committee at early stages to develop the overall overlay budget and consult for the OC technical and procurement team.

ARENA worked inside the RIO 2016 OC offices and alongside the architects and Venue Managers to develop the entire Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the Games.

The final result was extremely accurate, bringing our local experience from the FIFA 2014 World Cup, assisting the IOC practices and consultants in a very challenging project.
