Olimpia Club New Stadium

ARENA, in partner with Equipo Sports Marketing & Events, developed a proposal for a total renovation of the traditional Olimpia Manuel Ferreira Stadium, in the heart of Asunción, in Paraguay. The compacted site presents great challenge for the architecture but at the same time brings spectators very close to the action on the pitch. The stadium has a 15.000+ all roofed capacity, modern facilities, 1.100m2 of retail adjacent stores and a 750parking spaces garage. The day to day use of the main plaza that connect the stadium to the main access road will contribute for the economic feasibility of the complex, making it connected to the city 365 days of the year.
