Terras Altas Hotel Training Facilities

ARENA was approached by the management of Terras Altas Hotel, which specialized in hosting corporate events, to develop a master plan proposal for a Football Training Center that could serve football teams interested in utilizing a state-of-the-art facility near the City of São Paulo.

The main idea of the project is to create other specific uses that maximize the hotel’s revenue on vacant dates and during specific periods. The proposal also suggests the creation of a physiotherapy and exercise physiology recovery center, which can support scientific events and conferences.

The architectural party seeks to work with natural elements, due to the integration with the environment and with the rugged topography. The idea addresses the use of straight lines, wood, glass, concrete and simple elements with a strong aesthetic presence.
