Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games
Olympic Stadium Operation
Our role during the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games also included the full set up and operation of the Olympic Stadium before and during the Games.
Arena lead the Operation and Management of all Olympic Stadium Facilities pre and during Rio 2016 Olympic Games. The challenge was enormous due to overlay construction schedule, change over movements and legacy adaptations. Our team was responsible for controlling all facility management and maintenance during the Games Time and transition to Paralympic, including its own team of civil workers, plumbers, electricians and stadium managers.
