Fan Engagement Programme
ARENA has supported SDI Marketing and SC to curate uniquely tailored end-to-end experiences for the delegation of 45 fans.
The Fan Engagement Programme had the objective to engage a global network of fans to test and evaluate the fan experience during the FIFA Arab Cup 2021™. The Fan Engagement team identified, connected with, and built relationships with fan groups around the world. We understood and pre-empted their wants & needs. From the supreme committee’s fan network of over 300, 45 fans from 30 countries have been selected.
The team delivered through activations, stadium/host country experiences, ambassador content, and fan services that provide them with a breadth of understanding; enabling them to fully evaluate the fan experience during the tournament and provide quality insights ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2022™
