City Public Stadium Refurbishment
Creating a new leisure and sports destination to transform the city landscape
ARENA was contacted by the Municipality of Osasco, after the successful development of the proposal for the Stadium + Multi-Use Sports/Community Center, for an expansion of the José Liberatti stadium, home of Grêmio Esportivo Osasco Club. Among the requests are the expansion of the capacity to 15,000 spectators, new changing rooms, F&B concessions, access and egress routes, as well as independent ticket offices.
The architectural party seeks to work with simple, inexpensive elements that provide functionality, especially in the West tribune. The possibility of expanding into modules in this sector is also something that was considered in the proposal. The idea is to put the city on the São Paulo football map in a project to consolidate the local team, aiming for the Paulista Championship A1 Serie.
