Guarulhos Indoor Arena
A new concept of leisure and entertainment destination in a pocket solution.
ARENA participated in the tender process promoted by the municipality of Guarulhos to present feasibility models for the concession of the current Fioravante Sports Complex, aiming to transform it into an Indoor Arena of international standard that would help attract premium content and attractions to the city of Guarulhos, close to São Paulo.
The project consists of a mixed-use complex anchored by a multipurpose Indoor Arena with flexible capacity ranging between 7,000 and 12,000 spectators, according to the event type, from sporting events, to concerts and E-sports.
As a real estate mixed use space, the complex will host also a 6.000 m2 mall adjacent to a 7 story corporate tower and a mid scale hotel, served by a 600 parking spaces garage building.
