Anhembi Indoor Arena

ARENA was the leader of the group, composed also by BF Capital, Moyses & Pires, and Lagardère companies, that was authorized by the Municipality of São Paulo to propose the best solution for the 1st Indoor Arena in South America, adjacent to Anhembi Exhibition Hall and São Paulo Sambodrome.

The project presented an extraordinary U shape bowl for a 20.000 capacity multipurpose indoor arena, anchored also with commercial daily stores and a 850 parking spaces garage building. The arena is fully flexible, with a great floor area for concerts and different sports uses. It also host 1700sqm restaurants, 4.000sqm of business lounges, 40 corporate boxes in an almost 100.000sqm built area and 6.6MvA energy load.

The new arena has a privileged location, adjacent to São Paulo main expressway, in between downtown and the airport. The venue also has an alternate outdoor space wall that could be used for open air concerts/performances without compromising the sambodrome adjacent to it, serving as a support buffer area on Carnival parades.
